OH DEAR!

It seems that everyone has been very busy over the last few days, they haven't even had time to catch up with you guys.
I know I have barely had time to breathe, its been that hectic in Mediland. Check out my new game Chi's Comic Cut Out on our website.
I have also been brushing up on my Breathing Knowledge, did you know that;

'On average, you breathe around 22,000 times a day'

Woah, that is a lot of breathes!

Wonder what we are breathing in?
The pie chart below shows you what the air around us is made up of.

Various trace gases include Carbon Dioxide (0.03%) and small amounts of other gases including Argon and Water Vapour.

I am going to go practice some breathing techniques to help me relax, as it has been a stressful few days. I will tell you more about this another time.
Chou for now.

Ooooooooo...before I go...See if you can have a go at this riddle;
I don't have lungs or a chest but I need air; I am not alive, but I grow; I don't have a mouth and I'm allergic to water. What am I ?

See if you can figure it out? If not remind me to tell you the answer later.

Gastro's Diary.

Hey there guys!
Whilst eating Elevenses I was thinking about dietary needs.
Do you get yours?
As much as I may want to eat only chocolate and ice cream, I know its all about balance.
Eating right means careful consideration of your choices.
Have a banana instead of a packet of chips. Or a squash drink instead of a cola.
Find out more about it on our website, www.medikidz.com.
And remember to get your vitamins!

All this talk of food is making my tummy rumble, I'll speak to you later!
